In given article questions of preliminary processing of medical statistics for neural net estimations of risk of operative intervention are considered. Features of representation of the qualitative data are discussed, updating of known algorithm of recovering gaps of the numerical information is offered, some characteristics of comparison of the original and modified algorithms are resulted.
