The waveguide with impedance flange radiation pattern computation problem has been solved. Waveguide fed by main mode. The expressions which bounds the far field components with the electric and magnetic fields tangential parts linear combination on the flange plane has been derived. Field components have been expressed through main mode wave function Fourier-transform using physical optics approach. Numerical results have been compared with the experimental data. Applicability conditions for derived method have been found.
