The application of discrete sources method for diffractions problems of dielectric objects in half-space

In the paper consider problem electromagnetic scattering а plane wave from dielectric three-dimensional objects, buried in a lossy dielectric half-space. Assume depth buried object is sufficiently large. The considering calculation algorithm based on discrete sources method. Scattering characteristics of dielectric ellipsoid are obtained. Analysis of results is demonstrated.
