Modern state and ways of development state policy counteracted to a political and religious extremism are estimated. A number of conceptual estimations is defined concretely and analyzed the intercommunication between a radical extremism and terrorisms. The ways, forms and methods of state counteraction to these negative factors putting obstacles to the development of world community are given.
