The article deals with author's approach to understanding methodological and technological diagnostics problems and evaluating university graduates qualification (psychology education is taken as an example). The essence of the introduced conception is in necessity of working out diagnostic and evaluative means not only for testing operational and technological, but graduate's individual and personal readiness for professional activity as well. The authors prove the necessity of establishing university (interuniversity) psychological centre (service) the aim of which is to diagnose and evaluate student's personality system and integral characteristics development level.
