The correlation of injury at detainment of the person who has committed a crime with other circumstances excluding criminality of particular act

The article brings the comparison of injury at detainment of the person who has committed a crime with other circumstances excluding criminality of particular act: execution of the order and proved hazard. It is offered to expend the system of circumstances by a new, allowing to cause gross harm to the criminals at their finding.
