Computer crimes: analyses of criminal legislation of the USA and Germany

The article provides analysis of criminal legislation of the USA and Germany in part of liability for crimes in the sphere of computer technologies. The recommendations of the European Council to the countries of the European Union for working out a general strategy of improving criminal legislation connected with computer crimes are examined. The proposals on improving Russian criminal legislation are made.
