The issuing of the legal acts. Supervision of the procurator

The article dwells on the problems of procurator's activities while eliminating law-breaking in acts issued by authorities of the units of the Russian Federation, municipal bodies, chiefs of commercial and non-commercial organizations. The offers on perfecting the legislation improving possibilities of ensuring of principles supremacy and unity of legality are deposited.
