Problems of development of social sphere of village

In the article are analyzed main defects of development of social scope of the region and policy of its regulation. The base requirements to formation of modern regional social policy are offered. In the opinion of the author of article, a priority task of social policy should become liquidation socially of dangerous disproportions in levels and quality of life various social – territorial of groups.
