The problem of determining the field of radiation of elementary electric dipole located above finite radius impedance disk placed on perfect conducting plane is solved. The problem is solved on the basis of physical optics approach. The influence of inductive and capacitive screen impedance changing in a wide range on dipole radiation pattern is studied. Obtained results can be utilized in artificial metamaterials antennas designing.
