In article the problem of the analysis of financial and economic activity of divisions of university is considered, necessity of creation of system of monitoring of financial processes for high school is proved. Necessity of creation of such system is caused by absence of uniform information space at university that does not allow a management of divisions to trace dynamics of financial and economic processes to make forecasts and in due time to make necessary administrative decisions. It is offered to expand opportunities of the software existing at university for maintenance of an information exchange within the framework of a corporate computer network.
