In vitro regeneration and propagation of Begonia plants

In vitro regeneration of Begonia plants by using of leaf fragments is investigated. It is found, that regeneration ability is depended from type of explants (size and part of leaf, it localization on the plant). So, for achievement of high coefficient of propagation it is necessary the nutrient medium supplemented with optimal growth regulators for each type of explants.
