The development of poultry farming in Altai Region and its efficiency

In the scientific article (18 pages) the author shows research results of creation, becoming and development of poultry farming branch in Altai Region for 49 years (1953#2002).
Considering the efficiency of industrial development, the author has allocated five stages of becoming and development of poultry-farming branch and in particular the enterprises of an egg direction. The author proves the conclusions calculations, reveals economic efficiency of manufacture as a whole on branch and on the separate enterprises, allocating in detail problems at each stage of development of poultry farming in the region coordinating with the common problems at becoming agriculture of the country. In the article the author offers the basic directions about increase of a production efficiency of poultry farming branch in Altai Region.
