The problem of labour motivation in the industrial enterprises of Altai Region

The main part of the article is devoted to the presentation of the authors technique for calculation of integral level of the personals motivation. That is directed to the absolute and related appreciation of the situation that has taken place in the enterprise. There are results of practical approbation of the presented technique on the base of eight industrial companies of Altai Region and the preliminary conclusion that are provided.
