In work the classical tendencies connected with the capital's concentration and centralization are examined, the objective and subjective reasons of decentralization of management are allocated. On the example of the integrated business-groups the features of types of managerial process and law of functioning of decentralized hierarchical systems in Russia are investigated within the framework of the concept of globalization of economy. At the analysis of the semi structured task's decision of distribution of the coordinated estimation of the profit the existing distribution principles' insufficiency is shown and the original approach basing the theory of cooperative games is offered.
