Modeling the mechanisms of achievement of market equilibrium with mediator

The mechanisms of achievement of market equilibrium state with mediator are realized using mathematical models of system compromise, Kuhn-Tucker theory and Arrow-Hurwitz iterative procedure. Is shown, that in this state local-optimal decisions of consumers and producers problems are optimal for mediator.
