Understanding in structure of professional competence of the teacher

An article is devoted to poor investigating problem of understanding as one of major components of the teacher professional competence. On an example of allocation of a pedagogical task from sociocultural situation and by the way the problem is put the authors of the article illustrate humanitarian character of pedagogical activity.
