Religious conflicts and the role of religious leaders these conflicts are insufficiently studied problems. Religious leaders can both initiate and settle religious conflicts. The role of a religious leaders in the conflict processes in religious environments depends on the type and the form of the conflict as well as on the subjective qualities of the charismatically leader himself.
