The law system during the transition period

The crisis of law regulation will be inevitable in transition, the national law systems has lost is stability by and efficiency. The article is devoted to an acute problem of the law of the transition period. The crisis of law regulation will be inevitable in transition. The objective bases of injury and subjective relation detaining to causes harm are analyzed.
