Today, the most important problem is to development system of planning investment process. We use all possible means of this problem with discount estimation. In this problem, one of the centre places is structure of finance sources. But expectations of different participants of project are diverse. We can not do this, when using one discount estimation. One of the ways in this problem is using matrix-balance method. In this system we can define structure of capital or supporting own riches that necessity for investment process.
