The questions of transitive economy and its influences on formation of instability of social and economic systems are considered. The transitivity is represented by multilateral and difficult process consisting of several stages.

As have shown researches, on decrease of stability of social and economic system render influence the following factors: change of parameters of system; presence very large on size and difficult under the form of external influences; transformation of communications in system; transformation of the communications; an exhaustion and surplus of resources. The transitivity is considered on an example of Russia. The problems of system crisis in Russia are analyzed, the points of view of the various researchers on the previous forms of its display are estimated.

In clause the laws of transitive economy and some tendencies of development of social and economic processes in the transitive period are allocated.
