British war aims and peace program at Imperial conference 1917

The article examines the war aims and peace projects' discussions at the British Imperial Conference of 1917. It was of the great importance as a new political experience to coordinate British Imperial and European interests. The Lloyd George government had initiated the peace program development at Imperial level to restrict the ambitions of British Dominions and make its more active.
