The study of bud's regeneration capacity of Adonis vernalis L. in vitro

Various mineral bases of medium and cytokinins were for studied regeneration capacity of the valuable medicinal plant Adonis vernalis L. (Ranunculaceae). The best results were demonstrated on Murashige and Skoog basal medium, added with 5 μM 6-benzylaminopurine.
