The article is devoted to "representations of justice" - the actual problem in contemporary Russian sociology's field. The attention of this research focuses on relations amongst "day-up-to-day representations" and "scientific representations": analyzing of some ways co-oppositions those phenomena and stressing sociology's of knowledge potential. According this issue "day-up-to-day representations" more simple than "scientific" and plays role "basis" of construction the last. Also in this article is present "day-up-to-day representations" structure: cognitive and affective components. In conclusion stresses correlation between "knowledge", "sense" and "representations" of justice and points out sociological value this problem discussing.
