Problems of legislative coordination of aggravating circumstances of murder (article two)

The article deals with the causes of impossibility to mutually correspond some aggravating circumstances of murder and points out legislative discoordination as one of these causes. The article also suggests ways to eliminate some collisions in aggravating circumstances of murder in the process of exercising criminal law.
