Problems of controlling and appreciation of business activities under a divisional structure of an organization

At the present stage for Russian of organizations there is the change of the objects and the tasks and the problem of the increase of efficiency of activities is exiting on the first plan. One of the very complicated problems is the problem of the informative guarantee and the definition of the set of the indicators for the appreciation of the business activities.

The conception new approach the appearance the system of controlling in the organization is discussed in this article. The author describes in details the facilities controlling to allow managers of the organization more exactly to use the resources and to find the correct directions of activities bringing maximum income.
