The problem of the optimization of creative and reproductive elements in controlled socio-economic systems is considered in the article. The authors show that reproductivity and creativity are the contrary phenomena, however the successful and effective development of real industrial and administrative systems requires the presence of as reproductive, and creative functions in subject activities. The economic-mathematical model for activization and control of creative innovations in labor processes is offered on the base of the game theory.
