The questions of the formation of the processes of investments policy in agrarian complex of the region in the conditions of crisis are discussed in this article. The formation of such processes is possible on the base of application of principles of coordinative financing of investment projects, restitution and selfpayment of means invested in the complex. The foundation of investment programs therougle the creation of integrative complexes is one of the effective means for the future living of agrarian enterprises in the modern difficult conditions, finance-agrarian group-mainly, because they are potential investors with great volume of money invested, which can be invested great profit in the development of agrarian industry.
