The acoustic emission model for the simulation of plastic deformation and fracturing of heterophase materials based on a method of unit cell and percolation theory was offered. The intensity of acoustic emission in a process of loading of iron base porous metals was calculated. The transition of intensity to the monotonous dependence under increasing of porosity was obtained and the presence of anomaly near the percolation threshold, corresponding to formation of "infinite" porous cluster, was showed. The results of experiment confirmed the validity of this simulation and created model.
