The article demonstrates the review of conceptual comprehension of the leadership problem in the religious spheres. Traditional sociologic paradigm is changed to the psychological and philosophic type, which is based on the religious experience analysis as the frame of a charismatically leadership in religious spheres. The author introduced the differentiation of the concept of leadership and charismatically leadership in the history of Islam. The institute of charismatically power is studied as an object of the investigation, the differentiation of the leadership types on the each stage of an Islam direction is given. The leader's status in religious environments is determined by a private religious experience and transforms to the institute of charisma.
