Information-hierarchical organisation of biosphere and problems of its sustainable development

Hierarchical levels of biosphere organisation as well as information relationships of biosphere cyclic development have been elucidated. The key mechanism of "biosphere clock" in particular cases known as biological clocks has been found and characterised. Biosphere clock cyclically counts off the biospheric time at each hierarchical level from molecular to ecosystem ones. Time cycles of each level operation are included into a greater cycle of the next level according to the specific schemes defined by the established information principle of natural system development.
