Daphnia magna (Crustacea, Cladocera) as test-object in optimum conditions of laboratory cultivation

The biological of the D. magna in optimal conditions of the laboratory cultivate were studied. Three maximums level of in January, April and August and nobody significant in June-Jule were established. The maximal duration of life D. magna is 7 months. The real fertility has the season dynamic in maximum significance in February and April, minimum - in December and May-June. From increase duration of the life real fertility D. magna.
