Nowadays one of the approaches for research of flow having rigid character of stability loss, is the application of the escalator scheme offered in work. In the work the linear stability of the flow of a heterogeneous liquid in a pipe of the ring cross-section was studied, from which it was possible to suppose, that there is a secondary mode of the flow. A model of the flow for the first stage of the escalator scheme is considered in the given work.
