Problems of Web resources development and ways of their solution

The article describes several directions in which actual research of Web resources creation is carried out; dwells on their practical value and formulates general tasks and ways to solve them. The authors point out that for easier solutions a complex approach to the development of XML documents-oriented Web sites is needed. It will offer solving particular tasks concerning sites construction using the format languages.
