The circuit of management of industrial system is considered at corporate management. The questions of decentralization, distribution of the responsibility are considered (examined), the definition of the missed opportunities, methods of definition of fault of the participants is given. The modeling researches on the declared theme are carried out which have shown stability of settlement tasks, not discrepancy of the offered approach to an estimation of system of corporate management.
