Locally conformally homogeneous Riemannian spaces

In the given paper the Killing and conformally - Killing field of vectors is studied from the uniform point of view, the concept locally - conformally homogeneous Riemannian spaces is entered. The purpose of operation to transfer known outcomes W. Ambrose, I. M. Singer, F. Tricerri, L.Vanhecke, O. Kowalski for locally homogeneous Riemannian spaces on locally-conformal homogeneous Riemannian spaces.
