The article demonstrates the review of conceptual comprehension of the leadership problem in the history of philosophy, sociology and politology. The autor introduced the differentiation of the concept of leadership and charismatical leadership in religious environments. A special attention is paid to the methodology of studying of nation and institute of charismatical leader, his personification in the religious environments and the specific character of independent typology in philosophy and religious studies.
