A new stage of Linguistics' development requires a new research paradigm. The author proves that it is necessary to rethink a number of stable linguistic principles, for example, dichotomy of form and meaning in the language. The author shows the nature of process of lexical borrowing on the basis of synergetic methodology. Step by step the researcher formulates and argues a conception according to which substance, energy, and information of the language interact in the framework of organization processes.
