Construction of efficient compromises in systems with different informed participants

An application of the model construction of system's compromise in conflicts, arising in hierarchical systems with different informed participants about multitude of decision's choice, is examined. Special attention is paid of information exchange, delegation of rights of decision choice by more informative participants, mutual supports of participants.
