As a result of caryometric analysis was established, that heterogeneity of nuclear population of interstitial cells is saved during annual cycle, but has seasonal quantitative peculiarities. Maximal nuclear volume and maximal number of cells with big nuclears had been registrated in autumn (period of reproduction), minimal indexes in spring. Cariometric indexes in winter and in summer have intermediate significance but degeneration predominates in winter and regeneration -- in summer.
