This article describes results of some investigations, that was performed on the ASU Health Center base. The investigations were carried out from system, complex, individuality point of view. It was discovered that adaptation to university is defined by subject psychotype. Extraverts adapt more successful, but pay high price for that. Adaptogens influence effectiveness depends on individual organism features. The article offers the new index of organism reserve possibility - chaos level of heart rate.
