In vitro culture collections for plants conservation

Some of the possibilities and perspectives in vitro culture methods for plant conservation (Stevia rebaudiana Bert., Fritillaria meleagris L., Iridaceae, Brachanthemum baranovii (Krasch. et Poljak.) Krasch., are discussing. The traditional methods are none effective for this plants.
