The article is devoted to a urgent problem colonization Ukrainian settlers of western-Siberian grounds in second half of 19th - beginning of 20th centuries. In work a statistical material is widely submitted which allows analyze scales movement of settlers, to allocate regions of an output of peasants of Ukraine in Western Siberia, to show a place and role each Ukrainian provinces in the colonisational process. Colonization of Western Siberia is shown as the dynamically varying phenomenon. In the article attempt to look after evolution of migration from Ukraine from their occurrence and up to расцвета in years of agrarian reform of Stolypin is undertaken.
