About indexes in cvalimetry of the quality of training and breeding students in a High School

Basic directions of evaluation of quality of higher education in specific region are submitted in the article. A number of indexes are proposed on each direction. They reflect a quality of education and in separate High Educational Institution and in region in all adequately.
