The secret is the confilentral information under the state protection in the Sphere of socio-political, economic, military & private life of citizens & the illegal reception, disclosure & usage of which threaten to infringe on the rights & legal interests of the citizens, society, & the state & involves the responsibility of the quality in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation currently in force.
