Types and methods of evaluation in the Criminal Law

Different methods of the evaluation used in the Criminal Law are investigated in tlui work. The Criminal Law evaluation is used in the admission of the criminal-law standards, in the process of the crime qualification and the punishment definition. The true criminal law estimation allows to avoid the mistakes in the admission of the Criminal Law and its use.
