Expert Conclusion: to the problem of sitting up and carrying out criminal expertise

The article deals with problems of appointing expertise on the different stages of bringing a suit.

The author investigates the issue of carrying out a criminal and other types of expertise at the place of crime. A special emphasis is laid on the importance of expert conclusion as a means of special evidence for the jury. The suggestion is made and special arguments are offered to introduce a practically new institution of specialists in the field of expert conclusion - that is special court experts who will belong to court departments.
