The paper discusses some issues in theory and practice of strategy forming in the sphere of organisational development at the agro-industrial complex, treated, together with marketing, as the determining part of the corporative strategy. The vertical complex integration of a bread-baking company, producers of materials and food consumers is displayed in a schematic diagram. The paper discloses one particular sequence of priority arrangements to implement the vertical integration mechanism within the scope of the CANBAN system.
