Computer-based distant training as creative information technology, in academic university education

Interactive system of computer-based distant training as creative information technology in academic university education is discussed. It's taken under consideration hypermedia distance education on the basis of information principles of computer technology - base component of up-to-date information technology - as beta version of idea, CD-course "Computer Nanotechnology" is demonstrated.
