The model of the element of passive solar heating - wall with heat pick up is considered. For this purpose in a wall with a defined pitch the pipes are included, on which the heat-carrier (water or air) is passed. The system with heat pick up allows to support a comfortable constant temperature indoors without dependence from exterior temperatures. In summer the heat pick up allows to condition locations, in winter - reduces a volume of power resources by heating. Is shown that the system with water works stable. The developed design in case of its realization can significant reduce a volume of power resources by heating of buildings
